Elon Musk moved from a position as a 9.2% shareholder of Twitter stock to a full-fledged hostile takeover of Twitter almost overnight. Twitter tried a poison pill maneuver but was overcome by counteroffers from Musk. Since Musk is considered the wealthiest man in the world, the $41 billion cost was small change for Elon Musk. What next? Changes in the way the Twitter staff had been allowed to repress free speech.

Elon Musk said he has lined up commitments worth $46.5 billion to finance a Twitter takeover deal, one week after he first made a public offer to buy the social media company. Musk said in the filing that he has yet to receive any formal response from Twitter's board to his offer to acquire all of its shares that he does not currently own for $54.20 a piece, a deal that would value the company at around $41 billion. He said he is "seeking to negotiate" a definite acquisition agreement and "is prepared to begin such negotiations immediately".

Twitter is said to be nearing a deal to sell itself to Elon Musk, according to The New York Times and other outlets, 11 days after the Tesla and SpaceX CEO shocked the industry by offering to buy the company in a deal valuing it at more than $41 billion. A deal could be finalized soon, according to the Wall Street Journal. Twitter declined to comment on the reports. Reports that a deal is imminent come after Musk revealed last week he had lined up $46.5 billion in financing to acquire the company. Twitter's board met to evaluate Musk's offer to buy all the shares of the company he does not currently own for $54.20 a piece, a source familiar with the deal confirmed to CNN. The source said that discussions about Musk's bid have turned serious.

But in that the Junta currently has Musk in custody for allowing his Boring Company to assist Epstein in the past, what is the full agenda here. Noting that the epidemic was under control and that vaccination levels were high, the Danish Health Authority said the country was in a “good position.” Around 81 percent of Denmark’s 5.8 million inhabitants have received two doses of the vaccine and 61.6 percent have also received a booster. Denmark noted a drop in the number of new infections and stable hospitalisation rates.

New Madrid Sequence

Early in the ZetaTalk saga the Zetas described the role that the African Roll would have during the leadup to the New Madrid Adjustment. A strong lurch in the African Roll is to precede the New Madrid Adjustment. The African Roll is being held back by a rock hook on its NE corner which prevents the Africa Plate from scraping down past Syria. But this past April 27 there were two strong quakes at that hook that may indicate it is snapping off. Per the Zetas, an Africa Plate lurch will occur first, tearing open the Azores, and this will allow the New Madrid rupture to proceed.

ZetaTalk Prediction 2007: Of course the northern Atlantic Rift is most vulnerable at the Azores, where three plates touch and movement in any one of them destabilizes the rift. Africa is tugging to roll to the East, and drop, and will do so before the European tsunami occurs. This makes the separation of the N American Plate from the Eurasian Plate at the Azores and upward quite vulnerable.

ZetaTalk Prediction 2010: For the New Madrid, which will include the European tsunami in its effects, there will be one large jolt with a subsequent and almost immediate tearing of the Atlantic.

ZetaTalk Analysis 3/31/2021: The African Plate has a notch at Syria which holds the African Plate in place. Thus to drop into the Indian Ocean, the African Plate must scrape past Syria and Israel, squeezing the Red Sea during this drop. Once past this squeeze, the African Plate will be free to pull apart the Mediterranean and many other dramas will emerge.

And back in the Good Old USA the Mainland Portion is ready to rip and getting charged up. On that same April 27 the USA had a new symptom in the Mainland Portion – shaking. Rather than the hum, which is indicative of vibration due to tugging tension, and rather than a quake, which is indicative of rock pulling apart or colliding, Volcano Discover reported shaking in Murphy’s Settlement across from St. Louis, in Kankakee above the Wabash Seismic Zone, and in Milwaukee. ZetaTalk Insight 4/27/2022: Snapping or lurches from rock strata being pulled apart or pushed together will cause an earthquake jolt or boom. But what would cause the shaking and rumbling being reported above the New Madrid Fault Line as it turns at the Wabash Seismic Zone to head East under the Seaway? These areas have hums, such as the Detroit hum and one that can be heard in Wisconsin when it is under pressure to pull apart. Shaking is a step up from the vibration of a hum, but the rock has not yet adjusted.

Dark Energy Survey Redux

Back in 2017 a group of astronomers were trying to force the coverup over Nibiru to break. The Zetas termed this effort the Prongs because it was a multi-pronged effort from various countries and among various groups. NASA was fighting this effort, insisting that the WISE images should be checked by the public, but the inbound Nibiru would never have shown up on the WISE images as they did not map the sky where Nibiru would have appeared.

The Dark Energy Survey images, in infrared, did map these regions. But the coverup over Nibiru created too much opposition at that time.

ZetaTalk Prediction 3/4/2017: Nibiru will be discovered, as we have stated, within the Dark Energy Survey images which have imaged the inner Solar System from the Chile observatory since 2013 and include recent infra-red images from the SouthEast to the NorthEast along the Ecliptic. This scan is within the Earth’s orbit, where the Nibiru complex has resided since 2004.

Now there is renewed interest. The Prongs did get past the issue of a gravity draw out in the direction of Orion, so this renewed interest is termed a renewed search for Planet 9.

It means that astronomers have narrowed down the area where they can find the elusive Planet Nine – if it exists at all, of course. The distant object is thought to be up to ten times the mass of Earth and orbits just out of reach of our telescopes. They used data from the Dark Energy Survey, a research effort to map hundreds of millions of galaxies to shed light on dark energy. They didn't find it, but by doing so were able to eliminate five per cent of the region of the night sky covered by DES where these objects weren't spotted. While they didn't find the planet, their work ruled out a section of the sky where it could be located.

The path for Nibiru as laid out by the Zetas is right in line with the intended search for Planet 9.

ZetaTalk Insight 4/30/2022: As the inevitability of the populace connecting the dots and becoming aware that Nibiru is visible in the skies, and that the establishment has lied to them all these years, the establishment is preparing a way to present information that is valid but lets them off the hook.  Claiming this is a newly arrived planetary object won’t do because the Internet is filled with compelling photos. In that Nibiru until very recently has been shrouded with Petrol and charged red dust, they can claim it was literally an invisible planet! Thus the Dark Energy Survey is being introduced to the public.

Floating Cities

Floating cites are nothing new, but support from the UN or a government is new. This has been featured in this Newletter in Issue 605 showing floating community arrangements, in Issue 299 showing Vietnam houseboats, in Issue 424 featuring a Mangrove Island that had developed around the sides of a houseboat, and in Issue 437 which featured floatation methods.

S Korea will be washed over during the Pole Shift, and afterwards will be below the waves when the sea level rises to 675 feet above its current level. This design may never be constructed in time, but the concept is durable. The common man does not need a high-tech city, they can build a houseboat community from junk and eat fish and fruits and vegies from container gardening.
