As Nibiru moves from the right of the Sun to center in front of the Sun, its N Pole points more directly at the Earth. Thus the push of magnetic particles coming from its N Pole hoses more directly at the Earth. Is it visible? Both Alberto in Italy and Manuel in Idaho are capturing the same phenomenon these days, confirming each other’s captures. In October, they both captured a gigantic petrol bubble mass near where Nibiru would be found. Same day, same object. What a team!

ZetaTalk Confirmation 10/31/2020: Now we see a bubble that has multiple tiny lights in its interior. This phenomenon appears in a number of other bubbles in Alberto’s photo too. And Manuel has captured a Monster Persona of this intense light cluster. What would capture the light rays in this manner? Light rays bend easily, as can be seen by refraction in water and in the light spectrum spread in rainbows. Oil on a pavement will display a rainbow, so oil captures and bends light rays easily. Caught in an oil heavy bubble, thus, light does not escape but goes around in circles, thus forming the ultra bright specs within a single bubble. Monsters are in fact light rays that have been captured and bent back to the source, thus they seemingly display a large object.

Are these bolides exploding overhead, or petrol bubbles? If the rumbling noise overhead is a mystery, then it would not be from bolides, which are flaming chunks of matter screaming through the skies on their way toward the ground, and they look like meteors in the sky. This rumbling is a new phenomeon and when combined with the explosion in the sky over Japan, has petrol bubble explosion written all over it. Witnesses also reported a rumbling noise associated with the disintegration. And it is pretty rare to hear anything. So it was probably a big chunk of space rock! According to scientists from the Akashi Municipal Planetarium in Hyogo Prefecture, it is rare for fireballs to be so bright and that the last explosion was brighter than the full moon.

Within the last 3 days, mysterious booms were reported in Canada, in the US and in UK. But the origins of these rumbling noises remain unresolved.

ZetaTalk Explanation 11/30/2020: Petrol Bubbles create their own light bending phenomenon for several reasons. Oil catches and distorts light, thus the rainbows that form on oil spills. Large Petrol Bubble clumps turn the light beams round and round, so they appear to be a large mass. This is not the Monster Persona phenomenon, which is simply light rays heading out into space pulled back to a gravity sink to form the illusion of a large ball. The Petrol Mass shows the actual boundaries of the Petrol Mass.

Then Alberto began capturing a new phenomenon – a darkened Sun. It was always predicted by the Zetas that Nibiru would move in front of the Sun prior to passage. As Nibiru turns to point its N Pole more directly at the Earth, the vast tail of Nibiru blowing out from the N Pole is coming closer to the Earth. Seen on the horizon after the Sun goes down, these illuminated Monsters can be alarming. Yes, they will burn, and when there is no oxygen with which to burn they will seep underground to form oil deposits.

The Zetas have often reported that the Council of Worlds steps in to ensure a balance on Earth. This was done in the past, for instance, when the quarantine between the Annunaki and man was imposed, to prevent the Annunaki from enslaving mankind. This has occurred repeatedly to bring down mankind’s satellites when they would be used to surveil drowning migrants during the coming plate movements. An Arianespace Vega rocket suffered a major failure shortly after launch on Nov. 16, leading to loss of satellites for Spain and France. The four-stage Vega rocket lifted off from the Guiana Space Center in Kourou, French Guiana and appeared to fly smoothly during the early mission phases. But eight minutes into flight, something went wrong. The Vega rocket was carrying two payloads when it lifted off: an Earth-watching satellite for Spain called SEOSAT-Ingenio and the TARANIS satellite for France's space Agency CNES. The launch failure is the second major malfunction of the Vega rocket in two years.

ZetaTalk Confirmation 11/30/2020: Why is it that Space X has occasional failures yet can successfully carry astronauts to the ISS? The answer lies in the cargo and mission, and whether this runs afoul of the Council of Worlds’ edicts. Space X has been shot down when attempting to partner with Israel and FaceBook to dominate Internet access for most of Africa. A DEW in space under the control of Bibi in Israel is another notable restriction. Bibi’s attempt to land the Beresheet probe on the Moon was likewise foiled.

Why then are the Vega rockets unsuccessful? They were carrying spy satellites for Spain and France, a $400 million payload. Where these missions are always described as humanitarian or for scientific research, they are invariably for vested interests who want to control the common man. At the current time, it is migration patterns, in ships at sea and in particular migrants on the move in Africa. Their interest goes beyond protecting their borders and ensuring the safety of their citizens. Those in charge in Spain and France plan to murder migrants by the millions, if need be, to stop their travel.

Then there is the issue of escape to the Moon or Mars, which the Council has repeatedly addressed. In 2015 the Council brought down a Space X launch with that message. For all the bravado and bragging by Elon Musk about setting up colonies on Mars, per the Zetas none of that would happen.

ZetaTalk Comment 7/4/2015: What is the message here? As with other failed launches, this most recent failure is a definitive message from the Council of Worlds. Space X has had success in resupplying the ISS, though has floundered on landing on a floating ocean platform. Resupply of the ISS is OK, reuse of their launch equipment so as to help the elite escape, not OK. The message now is that the elite should not expect to get into space at all. No escape. The message here is to take all hope away from such plans among the elite. They are to remain on Earth with the common man.

What about the Moon? If satellite surveillance of drowning migrants is forbidden, what about the view from the Moon? China keeps sending up its Moon probes, starting with Chang'e-2 in 2012, and now is at Chang'e-5. Per the Zetas, exploration and education are just fine, but slipping over the line to surveil and block drowning migrants is not. The agenda is what matters. This is why Netanyahu’s Beresheet mission was a failure.

China’s Chang’e-5 probe is on its way to the Moon for a mission that could bring back the first samples of lunar rocks and dirt in more than 40 years. Like China’s previous lunar probes, Chang’e-5 is named after a moon goddess in Chinese mythology. This probe consists of an orbiter, a lander, an ascent vehicle and a re-entry capsule. The last time a probe brought back fresh samples from the Moon was back in 1976, thanks to the Soviet Luna 24 mission. NASA’s Apollo missions returned more than 800 pounds of lunar rock and soil for study on Earth between 1969 and 1972.

ZetaTalk Comment 11/30/2020: In the past, the US and Russia landed on the Moon and collected soil samples and artifacts. China’s imaging of the moon with Chang'e-2 in 2012 was successful and Chang’e-4 and Chang’e-3 landed on the Moon without problems. Exploration of the Moon for scientific or curiosity reasons has not met with interference except for two instances – Apollo 13, which was aborted by the CIA, and the Israeli Beresheet, which was aborted by the Council of Worlds. As the Beresheet abortion showed, the Council of Worlds will not allow the Moon to become an outpost of any power wanting to dominate the Earth from that vantage.

Netanyahu’s intentions on many fronts showed him not to be concerned about the welfare of man. Moloch sacrifices, debt slavery, and attempting to install a DEW in space in order to demand compliance from all below. Many satellite failures in the past few years have been at the hand of the Council of Worlds, to prevent a DEW from being established in space or to prevent surveillance and tracking of migrant groups. US probes sent too close to Nibiru are likewise aborted, as there is a quarantine set by the Council of Worlds, and attempts to allow the elite to escape the trauma of the Pole Shift on Earth are likewise blocked by the Council of Worlds.

Depending upon China’s motives, which are yet to be fully expressed, Chang’e-5 could return with a payload of Moon soil and rocks or flounder. There are many hands at the controls, and many agendas that can attempt to take control of the mission. The view from the Moon could be used to assist mankind, noting the Earth changes in a way that Earth imaging could not. Or the view from the Moon could be used to assist invasion or control of other countries, or to track the route of drowning migrants. We would recommend the humanitarian use of Chang’e-5.

And likewise with the benign use of satellite surveillance of the Atlantic by NASA, using its Sentinel-6 and Russia, using its new Elektro-L. Per the Zetas, both are intended to give early warning to those in Europe and the East Coast of the US if and when any tsunami from the New Madrid adjustment occurs. So they have been launched without interference from the Council of Worlds.

It is no secret that the N American continent is on the verge of splitting open along the New Madrid Fault Line, and when it does the East Coast will be assaulted with tsunami waves. A mysterious silver monolith that was placed in the Utah desert has disappeared less than 10 days after it was spotted by wildlife biologists performing a helicopter survey of bighorn sheep. The ‘monolith’ has been removed from Bureau of Land Management public lands by an unknown party. The agency did not remove the structure. While Utah officials did not say specifically where the monolith was located, people soon found it on satellite images dating back to 2016 and determined its GPS coordinates, prompting people to hike into the area.

Arecibo Collapse

Is there a relationship between the collapse of the Arecibo Observatory in Puerto Rico and a shipping jam-up at the Panama Canal? They are both affected by the Caribbean Plate adjustments ongoing during the S America Roll. The cables supporting Arecibo began snapping in August-September, after a spate of quakes hit Puerto Rico. The slowdown at the Panama Canal is blamed on many factors, but the quakes afflicting Central America are not among them. Never say Nibiru is the rule in the establishment.

It added that Panama is at the end of its rainy season “and there have been more days with seasonal fog than last year.”

ZetaTalk Insight 12/31/2020: Certainly Puerto Rico has been hammered with quakes and ground movement during the 7 of 10 Plate Movements in the Caribbean. This certainly caused the collapse of the Arecibo observatory. The snapping cables holding the platform aloft followed earthquake swarms there in July. Is it likewise causing delays in the traffic flow in the Panama Canal? Panama is at the juncture of the Nazca and Caribbean Plates and subject to the nearby presence of the N American and S American Plates.

Because Panama is part of the Caribbean Plate, it is being pushed down as the S American Roll proceeds. Thus Panama is sinking, and can tilt and damage locks that are intrinsic to the Canal’s operation. This is all it would take to stop traffic completely, forcing it around the tip of S America. At present, the locks are being operated cautiously, with lots of checks and balances in place. But when the New Madrid adjustment happens, that will all change.
