When I first found zetatalk in november 1996, of course, I read the entire
website and I emailed Nancy the first time to tell her how much I really
liked what she was doing, how much it meant to me and stuff like that.
Well, she was happy about that it seemed.
There have been a few other times in which I emailed her as well and most
of them were "posting questions to the zetas". for example, I asked about
their opinion about the game of chess, I asked what happened to Jon Benet
Ramsey, I asked let's see, I guess I can't remember all of them. Oh, I
believe I asked about the "reverse speech" issue. that's what the zetas are
there for right?
I was kind of surprised that some of my questions were even considered,
much less answered, but they were. And Nancy took the time to personally
email the zetas' answer to the question back to me. Of course, it went on
her website as well.
From these brief interchanges by email, I was able to gain an insight into
who I thought Nancy was, a sincere, hardworking individual that truly
believed in her cause. Maybe my impression was wrong, no one is 100%
perfect, maybe my impression was wrong, but I did get an impression of her.
She isn't just all about money, that was my impression. Is it that hard to
tell when someone is just about the money? In this day and time, not
usually, right? But maybe Nancy sat down in the early 1990s and planned
everything out step by step how her fraud was going to make her the money,
but to me, that is asking a little too much to believe that someone could
sit down and plan out something that elaborate! It's a pretty complicated
money-making scheme, if that is what it is. Why not just mail out junk
letters, with the put your name at the top thing?
Nowadays it seems harder to get a personal response and I don't know why
that is but the way she used to be is well, did anyone else take the time
to correspond with her personally, without attacking? If you did, you might
have gotten the type of emails I did from her, pretty revealing ones about
her character and personality.
Why Nancy did not wish me to make copies of zetatalk on CDROM and
distribute them in a 3rd world country that the people could stick in a
computer and read the website without having to access the internet, I'll
never understand. Because it is not like she will ever see any money from
any of those people and when the waves come crashing in, they'll be gone.
Better for them to have known a greater truth, I said. But she still refused
my request.
