Nancy and the Zetas have repeatedly explained Richter 15 equivalent to
Richter 9 in magnitude, but longer. This is supported by A. Gerald Brady of
Applied Technology Council in an e-mail to one of the TT members in 1997,
where he states:

"The Richter scale loses much of its meaning higher than 7 or 8; you must
talk "moment magnitudes" after that. The maximum shaking doesn't get much
bigger as the magnitude rises above 7 or so; it lasts longer instead".
