1. Amend for Binding Agreement - Vote

 

During discussions on our pending form 1023 Application for Non-Profit Status, the IRS has noted that an individual funded by Troubled Times, Inc. could patent, copyright, or trademark a product developed with Troubled Times funds. Proposed Bylaw changes have additional statements inserted to require a Binding Agreement be signed by before the Board can even approve a grant proposal, and

 

2. Amend for Place of Business - Vote

 

During discussions on our pending form 1023 Application for Non-Profit Status, the IRS has noted that we operate on the Internet, with a PO box, and thus could be considered subject to fraud as there is no firm place of business. Proposed Bylaw changes have additional statements inserted to require each funded project be associated with a physical Place of Business, with examples.
