1. Minutes of Last Meeting - Approval

 

- If there is no objection to the minutes as posted, they will be considered ratified as correct.

 

2. Booklet Production - Discussion

 

- Review and Discussion of email vote prior to Board Meeting.

- Reaction to new $5.00 charge for booklet.

- Discussion of quality control.

At least 2 booklets have been found to have binding errors from the printer.

One had missing pages, the other only 86 pages instead of 102.

 

3. Progress of Short Wave Radio Project - Monthly Report

 

- Shirley’s Report has been linked off of the agenda for review.

 

4. Roger’s Acreage Project - Report

 

- Summer Progress Report

 

5. Sun Server - Discussion

 

- Report by Gerard. Is this still a viable donation?
