1. Minutes of Last Meeting - Approval

 

- If there is no objection to the minutes as posted, they will be considered ratified as correct.

 

2. Future of the Nonprofit - Discussion & Vote

 

- Is Troubled Times, Inc. still a viable nonprofit organization?

- Should the nonprofit be disbanded, and assets be returned to the donors, and any moneys in the account be distributed to another nonprofit organization?

- All possibilities, ideas, or alternatives will be discussed and voted upon.
