Thanks for asking... yes, I'm having a setback - called lack of 
motivation. I've gotten nowhere with it. Hopefully I'll get moving soon, 
but my life is hectic right now (and I thought winter would be a peaceful 
time!).

No, I can't make the Board meeting. We're going out of town that day.
