In the ZetaTalk advice on Safe Locations the Zetas point out the various factors that apply. Proximity to the new poles which are currently the Bulge of Brazil for the N Pole and India for the S Pole. Elevation above sea level to avoid tidal waves and an eventual sea level rise to be 675 feet above the current level. And avoiding hot earth due to subduction, which can happen along river beds or places of thin crust. Oxford, UK has experienced explosions in 2016 and 2023 in their Methane tanks due to the latter.

A lightning bolt struck a gas container causing a massive fire, police have confirmed. Emergency services were seen rushing to the scene near Yarnton at Severn Trent Green Power, a waste management company, as some locals temporarily lost power.

ZetaTalk Analysis 10/3/2023: Methane, like Natural Gas, is highly explosive so that the fact that Methane tanks explode should not be a surprise. Yes, there was lightning east of Oxford that night, but no reported strikes inland to the Oxford location. In that a similar explosion at Oxford happened in 2016, can these explosions be related to electronic screech from tearing rock? Oxford lies between the Bristol Channel and London and lies on the Thames River. Rivers run along the low spots on the crust, where the crust is thin. Tearing rock attracted EMP which has triggered these explosions.

As the New Madrid Rupture progresses, the separation of the N America Portions proceeds. The New Madrid Fault Line emerges at the Isthmus and proceeds through the Gulf to New Orleans, thence up the Mississippi River. Meanwhile the Mainland Portion is dropping and also sliding West into the Pacific while the SE Portion is pulled East along with the Africa Plate during its roll. This pull in multiple directions pulled the church at Tamaulipas apart.

It is not yet clear what may have caused the collapse but the mayor of Ciudad Madero said it was probably due to "structural failures".

ZetaTalk Analysis 10/2/2023: The N America Mainland has been afflicted for the past few years with derailing trains, falling bridges, exploding gas and water mains, collapsing buildings, and warping roads. The entire continent is in a silent stretch, so these disasters are not associated with Plate Movement per se. But the sudden and total collapse of a church in Ciudad Madero, caught on film, showed no sign of a cause. If the Mainland is being pulled SW it would have one direction to deal with. But this spot on the Mexican coastline is subject to a pull in TWO directions at once.

The Pemex gas fields are just off shore in the Gulf, where the New Madrid Fault Line emerges from the Isthmus and travels through the Gulf to New Orleans. Thus the dropping Mainland is one force to contend with. But at the same time the SE Portion is pulling its Toe from the Isthmus and pulling the Yucatan up and over the hump of the Caribbean. The New Madrid Fault Line suddenly yawed open in the Gulf. Mainland pushing down, Toe pulling East, resulting in a Gulf void. This caused an instability most structures are not designed to resist.

Indonesia on the Sunda Plate is subducting under the curve of the Indo-Australian Plate along Sumatra where the Aceh tsunami happened in 2004. But those in Indonesia cannot rest easy as the Sunda Plate is also in a squeeze during the ongoing China Belly Blowout in process. A UFO display in Sumbawa (just east of Bali) was interpreted by the Zetas.

ZetaTalk Analysis 9/4/2023: This is a tsunami warning. While Aceh is fresh in memory for the devastating tsunami that occurred there in 2004, this part of Indonesia has an unfortunate placement. As the Indo-Australian Plate tilts and rises on its eastern end, Indonesia subducts. There is a China blowout in process and Pacific compression too. The UFO orbs show the tide on the left-hand side, from the West, as approaching land on the right-hand side, then the tide rises above as tidal bore will do, and then the tide washes back out. Listen to the animals, as during Aceh the elephants ran for the hills carrying their riders with them. They knew.

Less than a month into his administration, President Biden has taken some steps toward reforming an immigration system that his predecessor made as inhospitable as possible for the migrants navigating it. Though the suspension of policies like  'Remain in Mexico' and a pause on hostile Immigration and Customs Enforcement tactics have had immediate effects, the steel on the border is proving a more durable policy obstacle.

ZetaTalk Insight 10/2/2023: As has been noted during the European migration crisis and at the US southern border with Mexico - the vast majority of migrants are military age men. Photos in the media disguise the number, which has been estimated to be 90%, preferring to post photos of babes in arms and families being rescued. This disparity wherein immigrants seeking asylum are predominantly men of military age can be explained in many ways. Often the alpha male in the family will try to establish new citizenship and then port over the rest of the family. But most often the immigrant male has deserted his extended family and only seeks the better life for himself.

As has been demonstrated in Europe, where Merkel welcomed immigrants for nefarious reasons, politics and an elite agenda play a part. Fit young men of military age can be conscripted into the military in a hosting country, and are less likely to resist a draft as an aging citizenry might. That said, why would the Biden administration reverse Trump's efforts to control a border rush on virtually the same day that Biden took office in January 2021? It has been stated that the Democrats want immigrants because they are likely to vote Democratic, but in that Biden only gained the White House via election fraud, this is a weak argument.   

As we have noted, the Junta was dealing with a 5 front war following the 2020 election. They have steadfastly gained the upper hand against the Soros Antifa riots and Defund the Police campaign, the CCP invasion over the Michigan and Maine border, the Satanist Moloch worship with child sex traffic, the Deep State, as well as the 2020 election fraud. The Democrats see themselves losing control, even if they incite civil war, so are trying to collect their army. Democrats are composed heavily of the aged, the perpetually unemployed on welfare, and the lazy looking for a handout. President Trump supporters are predominantly ambitious and hardy. In a civil war, who would win?

ZetaTalk Insight 4/30/2021: Why did the Junta not straighten out the 2020 election fraud promptly, before the Inauguration of Biden? Canada also has its immigration problems. This has been revealed in the media by a spat between the Sikhs in India and Canada over who might have assassinated a key separatist Sikh - Hardeep Singh Nijjar. The diplomatic relationship between Canada and India exploded this week when Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau levelled the accusation that India had been involved in the killing of a Canadian citizen at a Sikh temple in British Columbia in June. Hardeep Singh Nijjar, 45, was shot dead outside a gurdwara in Surrey, B.C., on June 18. A leader among the Sikh diaspora in Canada, Nijjar had been active with a group supporting the push for an independent Sikh homeland in northern India called Khalistan.

Trudeau told Parliament that there were "credible allegations" of Indian involvement in the assassination of Sikh independence activist Hardeep Singh Nijjar, who had been wanted by India for years and was gunned down outside a Sikh temple in Surrey, B.C., on June 18. India continued to call the allegations being investigated in Canada absurd and an attempt to shift attention from the presence of Nijjar and other wanted suspects in Canada.

ZetaTalk Analysis 9/21/2023: Why should it be surprising that India special forces might kill a militant Sikh who happens to be a Canadian citizen living on Canadian soil? The Mossad and CIA assassinate whom they please all over the world, overturning lawful elections or just eliminating opponents, and this is accepted as normal behavior. The reason India and Canada are getting into a fuss over this is because both India and Canada are considered benign and friendly countries. This is akin to having your grandma revealed as Genghis Khan. A shock.

If Nijjar was a pest the Indian government would like to see eliminated, one trying to hide out in Canada for his own protection, he was likewise a worry for Canada who saw Nijjar trying to build a new empire in British Colombia. Why then is Trudeau raising a fuss? Canada wants to discourage the influx of Indian citizens, whether tourists or immigrants, due to their constant terrorist worries. Thus Canada needs an excuse to shut down Visas. Did Canada kill Nijjar for these reasons? Yes, upon the White Hats  directives.

If political assassinations are not handy, there is always bombarding the opponent via the Internet. DDOS attacks disable or slow down the target site, and as the Thousand Eyes Down Detector site shows, the US, EU and China are regular targets. The attacks come from various spots around the world but aim almost exclusively at the US. The Zetas, once again, explain.

ZetaTalk Confirmation 9/14/2023: There is more than one way to disable an opponent. China fears the US will take advantage when the China blowout weakens her defenses. NATO in Europe wants the US to assist them in the Ukraine battles but the Junta has refused. Thus they are at war over this issue. NATO assumes that the US is about to get in bed with Russia, especially since President Trump is about to be reinstated. And internally within the US the Deep State among the leftists on the West Coast are trying to delay the exit of the Biden Administration. The sites under attack in the US are communication hubs in Chicago and Colorado.

China Belly Blowout

As noted in a prior Newsletter, by September 21 salt water has begun flowing up the Mississippi. Meanwhile on the other side of the world on September 27, booms were heard throughout central China. This video posted on the Jack Straw forum provides the evidence. Booms are due to ripping rock, as it snaps apart.

Mysterious and loud detonations in Xi'an, Shaanxi, Mianyang, and Sichuan have sparked a heated debate. On September 27th, unusual and reverberating sounds reverberated through locales such as Mianyang in Sichuan and Xi'an in Shaanxi, China. These incidents quickly gained notoriety online, prompting a wave of speculation as people attempted to unravel the source of these enigmatic noises. The conjectures ranged from possible explosions to suspected sonic booms, with some even raising concerns about the potential involvement of a nuclear detonation.

Meanwhile, back in America, on September 30 the Bridge of hard rock linking the Ozarks and Appalachia hard rock had CO from methane burns spreading across it. The Bridge is being assaulted, and when that slips the SE Portion will slide with Africa during its Roll, allowing the New Madrid Rupture to proceed.

Then back to China on October 2 we see the main fault line in China engaged in a serious quake swarm. This is the anticipated route for the big China Belly blow out, but previously the quakes in China had been one or two along this route while the quake swarms had all been clustered in Western China. Compare these recent quakes with those that occurred in July. This appeared to be an uptick in the Belly blowout process.


The next day on October 3 in a clear response to the China Belly blowout, big quakes along the periphery of the China highlands were recorded. If the Belly starts to move, then everything else in line will try to move also.

Then on October 4, the Philippine Plate was in duress, forced to tilt to absorb the Belly blowout. By forcing into and compressing the Pacific, this pushes on the top knob of S America, causing a waggle of the top and freeing the Toe of the SE Portion to move - thus resulting in the New Madrid Rupture.

Back to America on October 5 where the nexus of four fault lines occurs in New York City. This does not bode well for New York City and environs.

ZetaTalk Confirmation 7/30/2022: New York City sits atop the convergence of two East Coast fault lines - the Ramapo and the East Coast Fault Line. As the SE Portion of the N American Continent is tugged back and forth - first to the East to remain glued to the Africa Plate and then to the West to remain with the Mainland Portion of the N American Continent - these fault lines break. The rock strata shifts and separates, and the ground above shifts accordingly. If the nexus of the East Coast and Ramapo faults were not enough, the New Madrid and the Brevard fault line rising along the Appalachian Mountains are also tugged back and forth. This will accelerate as the New Madrid finale approaches.
