(Note: this Newsletter is an addendum to the last, thus is

As Q stated, for the American public to understand what the
Trump administration has been up against, they must be led
through the darkness to see the light. After a failed Russian
Collusion hoax and impeachment attempts, after coup attempts and
an attempt at poisoning the President and his chef, after
endless fake news and fake polls – a good section of the
American public does not know the truth. The 2020 election was
seen by the Satanists as their last hope to reclaim the United
States of America, and thus claim the world. What are the
options open to President Trump and his Junta?
Option 1 was to convince the states and the public that the Universal Mail-in Ballot option was
not secure. President Trump stressed that he was not referring
to Absentee Ballots, which are secure as the voter must present
ID and signature verification. It is also by request of the
voter. The Universal Mail-in Ballot scheme was to mail out
millions of ballots, which could be returned by anyone without
any kind of verification. Spawned in hell and without resistance
in the Democrat swing states, attempts to stop this failed.

10/31/2020: The
universal mail-in ballot process has flooded ballots in many
states, most not requiring voter verification, so that the
mail-in ballot count has been hopelessly compromised.
Option 2 was to have the White Hat Biden Double withdraw
from the race. This would have forced the DNC to elect
another candidate, but meanwhile all the printed mail-in ballots
would have been negated. For this to succeed, the withdrawal
must be as close to the election date of November 3 as possible.
Notably, just days ahead of the election, Biden announced that
he was not going to campaign anymore, and there were rumors that
Hunter had been hospitalized. The stage was set, but then Biden
suddenly started campaigning again. The Junta had decided
against this option. Once again, a fail.
ZetaTalk Update
9/30/2020: Existing
law states that should Biden withdraw the DNC must nominate a
replacement, so any early ballot already mailed in has been
spoiled and cannot assume the write-in of another candidate.
Only a write-in at the polls would be legal.
Option 3 was to have recounts in those states that had a close
result between Biden and President Trump. Georgia, Michigan, and
Wisconsin appeared to be candidates. But as Georgia quickly
showed, state officials would rather lie than admit the truth.
The State of Georgia instructed their auditor to simply key in
the original counts
from November 3, not the recount numbers. And the State of
Wisconsin quickly changed their rules after President Trump paid
their $3 million dollar invoice for the recount in Dane and
Milwaukee Counties. The ballot watermark
Sting Operation has yet to emerge as a factor. So far, it is
clear that relying upon recounts to produce a legitimate
election is yet another fail.

they no longer intend to make the results of the state’s
manual recount the official tally in the presidential
race. The change came after lawyers for the secretary of

petition to review the state’s votes in Dane and Milwaukee

immediately called a special meeting to change certain
recount rules that deal with the issues brought up in the
petition?

11/19/2020: We
have stated that the outcome of the 2020 Presidential election
will likely be resolved in the
courts. Why would this be the case when recounts are in
process? Recounts can only change the results if the recount
itself is certified, and the Democrats in charge will not
allow that! In a manual recount, where the electronic
tabulating machines are not being used, the massive increase
in votes for President Trump is astonishing, proving the
election fraud claims. Most of these officials were unaware of
the planned fraud, and are stunned. To announce this result
would be, for them, to Release the Kraken.
State after state among the
Democratic controlled swing states are privately discovering
this fraud, as they double check their final counts. Massive
fraud has occurred on their watch. What to do? They cannot
even duplicate the counts they reported on Election Day. We,
the Zetas have a saying that since humans on Earth have Free
Will, their decisions can go in many directions. Thus
predicting the outcome is unpredictable.
Now that the number of people who can sway this matter in this
or that direction has increased, it is even more
unpredictable.
Option 4 is a remote possibility – to convince the states to
stop the certification process until all lawsuits and recounts
have been completed. As the State of Michigan shows, they are
rushing to certify. States are required to certify their results
within weeks of the election, well prior to the date the
Electors are expected to meet to confirm the results. But many
court cases have not made their way through the judicial system,
thus the clash. Massive fraud such
as overcounts where more voted than were registered are
outstanding. Voting by the dead is outstanding. None of these
issues have yet been addressed. But without an injunction, which
requires proving fraud, delaying certification appears to be yet
another fail.

come until days or weeks after Election Day. A process
called canvassing takes place in every state by
which officials ensure that every valid vote is counted.

pressure and false pretenses and would now like to rescind
their votes. They initially voted not to certify
Wayne County's election results, citing concerns about
alleged irregularities surrounding vote counts in Detroit.
Option 5 appears to be to Release the Kraken. If the goal, or
at least one of the goals, is to educate the American public,
then they need to be presented with the depth of the fraud. The
Legal team representing President Trump on his re-election has
done just that by going on major media stations such as Fox news
Sunday Morning Futures and the Levin Show and the Lou Dobbs show
and continuing on the NewsMax station. This was followed by a
dedicated hour where Sidney Powell and Rudy Giuliani presented
their case to the world. Massive coordinated election fraud. In
that this argument is now before the people, this option is a success.

- People on the ground in Germany
report that Scytl, which hosted elections data improperly
through Spain, was raided by a large US ARMY force and
their servers were seized in Frankfurt. In order to get
access to that server and have it available for use in a
legal manner they had to have the State Department work in
tandem with the Department of Justice. The US military was
not in the lead. But this helps explain why Esper was
fired and Miller and Kash Patel were put in place — so
that the military would not interfere with the operation
in any way. The CIA was completely excluded from this
operation.

11/19/2020: We
stated that an option of the Junta would have been for the
Biden Double, under the control of the Junta, to withdraw
prior to Election Day, but the Junta chose otherwise. Allowing
the states to recount and “discover” miscounts, thus giving
the state to President Trump, is another outcome. The states
doing recounts may still do this, and Nevada and Arizona may
still do this, but it appears they are choosing to continue
their lie instead. Meanwhile, due to Sidney Powell’s
appearance on several TV stations with revelations on Dominion
theft, the truth is out before the American people.
Option 6 lies in the hands of the Electoral College. The
Electors are chosen by the legislatures of their respective
states. Thus the fact that the Swing States of Arizona, Georgia,
Pennsylvania, Michigan and Wisconsin all have Republican
legislatures is important. It is also key that an Elector does
not need to vote according to who won the election in their
state. It is legally possible for the votes to show that Biden
won his 270 electoral votes among the states, but the Electoral
College chose to swing this to President Trump. This option is
still out there, not yet played.

years for the sole purpose of electing
the president and vice president.
Each state appoints electors according to
its legislature, equal in number to
its congressional delegation. If no candidate
achieves an absolute majority there, a contingent
election is held by the U.S. Congress to
elect the president and vice president. The electors
meet and vote in December and the inauguration
of the president and vice president takes place in
January.
Option 7 is for the House to vote. This is in the Constitution
so has a solid basis. In this case it is not the election by a
ballot count or the Electors in the Electoral College but a
setup where each state gets one vote, and they must vote down
party lines for this. According to Candice
Keller, Ohio State Representative, there are more
Republican states than Democrat states, apparently determined by
their representation in Congress. In this scenario, President
Trump would win. Like Option 6, this is not yet played.
- This is going to the Supreme
Court. Where they will rule that the election is invalid
due to fraud or mistakes on a country wide scale.
It will go one of two ways, either they will rule that all
the unconstitutional mail in ballots will be removed and
the states ordered to recount without them or they will
simply rule the election is invalid due to mass voter
fraud and at that point it will be sent to the congress
and senate for a vote. This is where it gets good.
The house/congress votes on who the President will be. It
has nothing to do with what party that has power. Every
State gets one vote and 30 States are held by Republicans
and 20 by Democrats. They have to vote down party lines,
they have no choice due to the 12th Amendment of the
Constitution and the Senate votes for the Vice President
where a similar event will take place. This is the law.
This is why the Democrats are so mad at Nancy Pelosi. This
will all happen in January.

- Based on the U.S. Constitution,
there is a scenario in which the U.S. House of
Representatives is the one that ultimately picks the next
President. And each state would have only a single vote.
Option 8 is to take the case to the Supreme Court. There is a
pending case before the court re Pennsylvania late ballots,
which is a Constitutional issue. The larger issue that would
likely be presented to SCOTUS would be the Dominion election
fraud, the case laid out by President Trump’s lawyers recently.
Might this be a sealed case? Indeed, there is precedence aplenty
for sealed cases presented before SCOTUS. This would place the
resolution of the 2020 election before the courts, before
SCOTUS, as the Zetas originally suggested last July.

11/19/2020: Hypothetically,
the Junta might deliver this matter to SCOTUS, where the truth
would be presented, undoubtedly in a sealed case. Classified
data from several US agencies would be presented, showing
conclusively how the vote switching occurred. The plea for
SCOTUS to act would be to avoid shocking the American public
with the depth and scope of the Democrat election fraud. That
foreign countries were involved in this theft would be another
part of this presentation. The public would only be told that
the recounts showed President Trump won, but the states were
reluctant to admit this.

another Junta option is for the election, fraught with
evidence of election fraud during the extensive use of mail-in
ballots, to be raised to the Supreme Court and likely
overturned.
