Global Wobble on July 15, 2003
Following the significant back-to-back Global Quakes on July 15, a Global Wobble appeared. The Global Quakes were significant because the monitors had
been tuned down so that they were registering well below the actual Richter, an estimated 1-2 Richters below actual. This means the actual quakes at the eastern
edge of the African plate were 8+ Richter. The Global Wobble is also a new phonomena, a previously this type of stress, indicating a slow bobble in the plate,
showed up only locally.
